Generally speaking, yesimilar will offer proofing within 3-5 business days since you place the order. In order to ensure the timeliness of communication and the rapid delivery of products, we will send an email with the picture of proofing. In the meantime, we will give you a call and message to notify you to check the proofing. Yesimilar® will be happy to help you change your color, size, picture, or cancel/refund the order - just contact us as soon as possible with your order number, email address, and your desired changes. If you need to change your shipping address, we can help right up until the order is shipped. For personalized bobbleheads, we have already started production or have completed production. Yes. Yesimilar® will refund your money if you decide at any time during the creation process (pre-shipping) that you don’t like your bobblehead. Only 60% cancellation fee. No refunds are possible after you have approved and received your bobblehead.
Yesimilar® bobblehead dolls are very well-packed, and damages during shipping rarely occur. However, if this happens to you(within 7 days based on the original delivery date of your package), we will provide you with a replacement doll free of charge. In order to utilize the shipping insurance, we kindly ask our customers to open the parcels in the presence of the person making the delivery. Please file a report with this person in case of any damage and please email info@yesimilar.com with the order number and photos of the damaged Bobblehead. Our factory will remake the same one for you after receiving the photographic proof of the damage. And still will provide proofing mail to get your confirmation.
If you are dissatisfied with your bobblehead, simply point out why you think the bobblehead doesn’t look like the real person, and we will make the changes as per your comments, and send you new proofs until you are satisfied with the item.
Yesimilar® allow a free photo change within 24 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours your order will be subject to an additional charge, in which case the artist needs to remade the bobblehead because the expression on the face is different in each photo.
Yes, please write it down on your comments and send us a picture for our reference. Small items like books, glasses, and hats are free. We only charge for big accessories like chairs, guitars, pets, etc.
